Featured Class – 6.2 English Language Arts: Myths and Language!
Each week, Washington Global will highlight one class, or cohort. The goal is to give you (families) the opportunity to see a snapshot of what is going on at Washington Global. We encourage you to talk to your child about what they’re learning!
This week, 6.2 wrapped up their 1st Quarter studies. They completed the skill of finding the gist and they were assessed on their knowledge of subject-verb agreement; a skill which they practiced this week and the last. The 6th graders also completed their work on the hero’s journey and turned in their final written myth on Thursday. We look forward to an exciting 2nd Quarter! – Ms. DeNeal
