No School Tomorrow!

There will be no school tomorrow, Friday, December 2, due to Teacher Professional Development. Students will return for a full week of school on Monday, December 5.

Christmas Tree Sale

Capitol Hill Boy Scout Troop 500 is selling beautiful Fraser and Balsam Fir Christmas Trees, Wreaths and Tabletop Trees. When: Fri. Dec. 2: 4:30-8:00pm, Sat. Dec. 3: 9:00am-8:00pm, Sun. Dec. 4: 9:00-4:30pm.
Where: 212 East Capitol St. NE (Lutheran Church of The Reformation)

Featured Classes – 8.2 Science: Proteins and Genes

This week, students in cohort 8.2 with Mr. Loran reviewed genetic coding, proteins, carbohydrates, and the importance of functional groups! They also continued in-class research to prepare for Science Fair. Students tried to find at least three references to use for their projects. Ask your students about the steps to follow to prepare for Science Fair.

After School Activities
