Featured Class – 7.4 Math:
One Step at a Time

Each week, Washington Global will highlight one class, or cohort. The goal is to give you (families) the opportunity to see a snapshot of what is going on at Washington Global. We encourage you to talk to your child about what they’re learning!

This week in 7th grade, students continued their work with solving two step equations. Students started to further explore this concept through practice with word problems, as well. There was a quiz on one and two-step equations on Thursday, giving students an opportunity to show what they had learned.

Students are encouraged to use Khan Academy at home in order to review any skills they haven’t yet mastered in math class. If your child needs their individual login information, please do not hesitate to reach out to Ms. Brown via email: dbrown@washingtonglobal.org
